• In case of early departure the remaining room nights will be charged.
• According to the terms of your reservation, individual reservations may be cancelled until 06:00 pm on the day of arrival without charge (not in case of a non-refundable reservation).
• Confirmed reservations will be charged for 100% of the total reservation amount, in case of no-show.
• Cancellations will only be accepted per email or fax.
